THE 12 LIVE KEFIR CULTURES ARE: Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus lactis, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis, Leuconostoc mesenteroides and Leuconostoc pseudomesenteroides.

We’ve made our Kefirs lactose free completely naturally by adding lactase enzyme. This converts lactose to galactose, simply making it perfect for those with lactose intolerance.
